LEGAL NOTICE

** Please Note: In accordance with state law, we are unable
to ship to Maine or Montana. Legal smoking age varies by state or country, you
must be 18 years or older to place any orders with "Label Your Cigar”. The
purchase of tobacco products by a minor and/or the provision of tobacco
products to a minor are prohibited by law. A minor unlawfully purchasing or
using tobacco product is subject to criminal penalties. Falsifying your age for
the purpose of purchasing cigars is illegal. We do not market to, nor do we
deliver tobacco products to minors. Label Your Cigar reserves the right to
cancel any sale, at our sole discretion if we believe the customer is
purchasing cigars on behalf of a minor.

Cigars:

• Cigar orders ship in 2 to 5 working days unless item it Out-of-Stock or on Back Order, an email will notify you if that is the case.
• Orders can be shipped via UPS or USPS in the U.S. & International
• Label Your Cigar is not responsible for any Custom Charges.
• All our Cigars are Handmade my our Master Rollers and aged  from Honduras and come from Cuban Seed
• RETURNS: All Cigars shipped leave here in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that  you should doubt the quality of an item, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise to obtain a return Authorization Number. Once you have obtained an Authorization Number, you should mark it clearly on the package next to the address label. We are not responsible for merchandise returned without an Authorization Number. Any package returned without an Authorization Number willbe refused. All approved returns must be received within ten (10) business days after receiving your Authorization Number

Personalized Labels (with or without cigars):

• All our label are Full color, Foil & Embossed just like a Premium Cigar Label
• Set-up Fee of $25.00 will apply to your order
• Orders can be shipped via UPS or USPS in the U.S. & International
• Label Your Cigar is not responsible for any Custom Charges.
• Lead time for Standard order of Personalized Cigars is 5-7 working days
• Rush orders available in 1-3 working days for an additional $25.00 Rush Fee.
• FREE Cigar Cutter & FREE LYC Match Boxes will come with every Personalized Cigars!
• Sample Cigars are available in the CIGAR TAB of our website if you are uncertain what cigar to select.
• No Refunds or exchanges will be made on Personalized or Custom Labels; Customer must approve the proof on the website or via email before the order is processed.
• Label Your Cigar are not responsible for any typographical errors on the part of the customer.
  
  

Custom Labels (with or without cigars) “Create Your Own Custom Label Template”:

• Design Fee: $150.00 Non-refundable, this is a one-time Fee for the Creation of the Cigar Label Shape, Art work and Embossing details.
• Custom Cigar Templates will require Die Cut Plates & Embossing Plates for our print presses to be purchased by you to produce your one of kind labels- each plate costs is $295.00 and this item will require two plates to be purchased.
• Lead time 2 to 3 weeks for a NEW Custom Label Shape after the artwork is approved by you.
• Payment will be required in full when order is placed in the form of a major credit card.
• Once we receive your order and payment our Design Department will contact you to discuss in more detail exactly what you want in your custom band within 1-2 working days of receiving
   your online order.
• The Design Department will provide you will electronic art proofs for your review and approval to create your label.  The Design cost includes 3 revisions any additional revisions may be subject to an additional $10.00 charge each.  
• All our labels are Full color, Foil & Embossed just like a Premium Cigar Label printed on the highest quality paper with an elegant glossy finish.
• Orders can be shipped via UPS or USPS in the U.S. & International
• Label Your Cigar is not responsible for any Custom Charges.

Custom Labels (with or without cigars) “LYC Stock Label Templets”:

• Design Fee: $75.00  Non-refundable, this is a one-time Fee for the Creation of the Cigar Label Art
• Lead time is 3 to 7 working days from time you approve the final Label art on our In-House Label
  Templates Payment will be required in full when order is placed with any major credit card.
• Label Your Cigar has several elegent  In-House Templates just for you. Take a look at our CREATE YOUR OWN tab to see our In-house Label Templates (shapes) for more details.
•  Orders can be shipped via UPS or USPS in the U.S. & International
• Label Your Cigar is not responsible for any Custom Charges.
• Need Cigars with your labels? We carry many types of Premium Cigars that can be used for
   your Private Label or Event Cigar. The 5 sizes are; Robusto, Toro, Torpedo, Churchill, Double Corona. All of the cigars come in several wrappers (strengths) to choose from- Habano (medium body), Connecticut (mild) and  Barber Pole Wrapper (medium spicy).

Imprinted Accessories

Our Full line of Cigar & Event Accessories is available Imprinted/ Personalized with your Text or Logo for your Special Event, Promo, Company or Give away piece.

• Set-up Fee $75.00 for the Die plate to Imprint your item
• Minimum order of 25 pieces is required on most Imprinted items
• Imprint is done in one (1) location of the item in either Gold, Silver, Black or White
• Lead time on Imprinted Accessories is 5-10 working days
• An electronic proof can be provided for an additional $5.00 with-in 1-2 working days if needed.
• Orders can be shipped via UPS or USPS in the U.S. & International
• Label Your Cigar is not responsible for any Custom Charges.

Accessories

• Lead time to ship Accessories is typically 5-10 working days. Some items may require more
       time for production (See MORE INFO under the item for more details)
• All Accessories shipped leave here in perfect condition & inspected by our staff before packaging. In the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged, broken or you should doubt the quality of an item, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise to obtain a return Authorization Number. On you have obtained an Authorization Number, you should mark it clearly on the package next to the address label. We are not responsible for merchandise returned without an Authorization Number. Any package returned without an Authorization Number will be refused. All approved returns must be received within ten (10) business days after receiving your Authorization Number with all the same items that arrived with in the original packaging.
