• Lead time for personalized Cigars is 5-10 working days
• Rush orders available in 3-5 working days. A $25.00 Rush Fee may apply, please contact us for details.
• FREE Cigar Cutter & FREE LYC Match Boxes with every order!
• Sample Cigars are available in the CIGAR TAB of our website if you are uncertain what cigar to select or just call and we can help. 
• No refunds or exchanges will be made on Personalized or Custom Labels; Customer must approve the proof on the website or via email before the order is printed and shipped.

Private Labeled Cigars / Bundles: Terms & Conditions

• $65.00 to $95.00 Non-refundable One- Time Fee for Design Creation of the Cigar Labels
• Label your Cigar has several In-House Templates or we can create a Custom Shape just for you. 
• Custom Cigar Templates may incure print plate charges for Die Cut & Embossing
• We carry many types of Premium Cigars that can be used as your Private Label or House Cigar. Here are the common 5 sizes;  Robusto, Toro, Torpedo, Churchill , Double Corona just  to name a few of our most common cigar sizes. All of them come in Habano, Connecticut and Barber Pole Wrapper.  * Maduro is a special order wrapper
• Lead time is 1 to 2 weeks from time you approve the final Label art on our In-House Label Templates.
• ICustom Cigar label shape is requested there will be plate charges that will apply and Lead time is 2-3 weeks from time order is processed and art is approved.
• Payment will be required when art is approved. Payment can be with Visa, MasterCard or American Express, and Money Order.

** Please Note: In accordance with state law, we are unable to ship to Maine or Montana. Legal smoking age varies by state or country, you must be 18 years or older to place any orders with "Label Your Cigar”. The purchase of tobacco products by a minor and/or the provision of tobacco products to a minor are prohibited by law. A minor unlawfully purchasing or using tobacco products is subject to criminal penalties. Falsifying your age for the purpose of purchasing cigars is illegal. We do not market to, nor do we deliver tobacco products to minors.  Label Your Cigar reserves the right to cancel any sale, at our sole discretion if we believe the customer is purchasing cigars on behalf of a minor.

Privacy Policy

Please be assured that any information obtained though our website provided to us will only be used to facilitate your communications with us and to create your personal account with labelyourcigar.com. We will never, sell, rent or exchange your personal information to anyone. The information we collect will be used to notify customers about updates to our web site and periodic specials.

Cigar Return Policy

All Cigars shipped leave here in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you should doubt the quality of an item, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise to obtain a return Authorization Number. Once you have obtained an Authorization Number, you should mark it clearly on the package next to the address label.

We are not responsible for merchandise returned without an Authorization Number. Any package returned without an Authorization Number will be refused. All approved returns must be received within ten (10) business days after receiving your Authorization Number

We do not accept cigars returned outside their original box or packaging and will not accept cut or partially smoked cigars. We reserve the right to refuse or give only partial credit for any returned item received in inadequate condition.  When the original order included a free item, a return cannot be made without returning the free item as well. When the original order included Free Shipping, the cost of ground shipping will be deducted from the credit for any returned item.

Art Processes and Procedures

Computer Generated Art

Our Graphics Designers are extremely knowledgeable and creative and can help you create the perfect label for your Company or Event. In order for us to use your email or disk to make the production faster and smoother, we ask that you submit your logo/design in any of the following formats:

- PROGRAMS: PhotoShop, FreeHand, Illustrator
- FILE FORMATS: AI, EPS, JPG, TIF or PSD (Vector graphic based logos are preferred over bitmap)
- RESOLUTION: Minimum of 150 dpi at final size (1 inch x 1 inch); 300 dpi is ideal at final size.

Proofs of Art

Proofs will be sent out via email and must be approved by client prior to the order being processed.
