About Our Cigars

The Process of our Cigars at Our Factory. 

• 

  Tobacco is placed on the prensa, a box used to press cigars.

• 

  The prensa is used to press the tobacco into the desired shape.

• 

  The cigars are pressed for about 30 minutes.

• 

  The capa, or wrapper, is being applied.

• 

  The wrapper is the last layer that finishes the cigar and gives it its color.

• 

  Only the best tobacco leaves are used as wrappers.

• 

  The tip of the cigar is finished and cut.

• 

  Cigars are weighed in bunches of 25 to make sure the correct amount of leaves were used.

• 

  The cigars go through a process of selection and quality control.

• 

  The selected cigars must have the same weight, width and size.

• 

  Cigars are packed in nylon or cellophane to guarantee their freshness.

• 

  When being packed, they are revised once more to guarantee their perfect condition.

• 

  Cigars are left to stand to be transported. Our cigars are placed in warehouses or humidifiers made of cedar walls to dry and take their ideal time to be enjoyed.
